Mr Cheah Chang Jern Joseph
Accredited Trainer in Montessori-based Dementia Programming®

Mr. Cheah is a co-founder of Montessori Seniors. An accredited ACTA – now known as WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and MBDP trainer, he has been training family caregivers, domestic helpers, as well as eldercare and healthcare professionals in Montessori methods for dementia care in Singapore since 2014.

Mount Alvernia Hospital and Gleneagles Hospital, and Board Member of Health Management International Dr. Cheah was also a Board member of the Children’s Aid Society from 1986 to 2006, and has been a Visiting Consultant at the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped since 1986.

Dr. Fong, a co-founder of Montessori Seniors, is an accredited trainer in Montessori-based Dementia Programming®. Passionate about working with and caring for families with older persons in Singapore, she has served on the Board of local and overseas organisations advancing women’s welfare and empowerment, and had been on medical missions in China and Cambodia.

Ms Florence Chua Siew Lian

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Investigation & Intelligence)

Ms. Chua oversees the Criminal Investigation Department, Commercial Affairs Department, Police Intelligence Department, International Co-operation Department as well as the investigation and intelligence units in the Police Land Divisions and specialist units.

Ms Kan Shook Wah

and Director of Stovve Pte Ltd.

Ms. Kan was a public servant in various senior appointments in the Ministry of Defence for over 35 years until her retirement, with a successful track record in strategic management, leadership, and governance. In 2013, Ms, Kan founded the Dare to Dream Scholarship to award scholarships to persons with disabilities at the La Salle College of the Arts, and the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. She is a Board member of the World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore, and Voices of Singapore.

Dr. Neo was a Member of Parliament from 1996 to 2020, during which she was Chairperson of Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) Health from 2002 to 2004, and GPC Education from 2006 to 2009, as well as Chairperson of Jalan Besar Town Council from 2001 to 2011 and 2015 to 2020, and Tanjong Pagar Town Council from 2011 to 2015.
